Seller's Notes:For sale is a Room & Board Hess Leather Sofa. It is 102" in Brighton Cognac color. Made in 2015 and has lived in one apartment with no kids or pets and no smokers. The leather has broken in very nicely and is in great condition - we have taken very good care off it, with no stains and no major scuffs or scratches. The leather is very supple and looks like new. We hate to see it go!
