Seller's Notes:I always wanted a leather sofa and make the big purchase in 2019 from Restoration Hardware in the Italian Berkshire leather and have loved it. I just turned 80 and will be moving into an apartment and it doesn't fit. I live alone and basically no one has sat on the sofa as I do all my entertaining in the kitchen and dining room. I am motivated to sell the sofa and will consider best offer.
