As we got closer to the drop off the communication was off btwn the driver and system. The system stated the eta was around 108p, then I received the message from the driver that showed he was over 30mins away and the map didnt show any movement. In the end they arrived right around 2p. And versus the 15mins heads up he just said he was pulling up. If you all could help sync that it would be

Good experience. Would have liked a quicker delivery window, but I guess that is up to the seller. The seller also didn't clean the item very well. Delivery was quick and easy and Constantino is nice.

There were a few technical glitches with setting up the pick up date/time. There was significant delay in receiving a response to my messages trying to rectify the issue. The actual pick up went as planned after that was eventually sorted out.

your delivery team was lovely. However, I am annoyed at the overall experience (which is not the fault of the workers, but of management). This is the second time I had a delivery pick up at least 30 minutes outside of the delivery window. given that you are taking a 50% cut of the sale I expect you to arrive within the window. It was especially stressful as I had to pick up my child from school.
