Oscar was very personable and kind. He came up alone bc his driver couldn’t find a parking spot and had to stay with the vehicle so not to get a ticket. It was fine but it did make getting the dresser on the dolly challenging as it was heavy. He also needed another blanket to cover the bottom of the dresser for protection but he said he was going to wrap it completely when he got downstairs.

First my driver was Roberto, but that wasn’t available in the drop-down menu of names. it was a little frustrating that I didn’t get notified that the delivery would be delayed by a day, but I think that’s the company’s fault not the driver’s fault because they’re driving and they can’t text me so the company should alert me if there’s a delay. the drivers/delivery people themselves were fantastic

Jonathan was great. The overall experience wasn't ideal. I was set to have two items delivered on the same day. I only received a time estimate for what I thought was both, but turned out to be only one - the item Jonathan D delivered came at a time I wasn't fully prepared to receive it (it was lucky that I was home). This seems like it was not an issue with Jonathan, but with the dispatch team.

The seller did not fully disclose all the damage to the piece of furniture. The original delivery window was not met and I needed to follow up to find out it would be a week later than planned. Also, the tracking of the driver is good, but they turned it on too soon causing confusion as to the delivery time and date, when following up, it was after hours. Genivaldo Júnio was driver

Driver was actually Randy J, but there was no option for him in the previous question. Randy and Bill were extremely professional, kind, polite and hard working. The sofa was a challenge to navigate through the door, and they remained optimistic and friendly despite many opportunities to be frustrated. I really enjoyed the experience and would choose Apt Deco again because of this.

They asked to use my bathroom which while I found slightly unprofessional, I know my home is quite a far drive so I obliged. After they left, I noticed a matchbook that I keep in the bathroom next to a candle had been stolen. It’s a very minor object obviously, but it was a momento from a restaurant and not replaceable - and bottome it st violating to have something taken from my home.

"The couch was described as minor cosmetic blemishes, but the baseboard is cracked and the screws are stripped completely. I watched the delivery team do their best, but the condition of the item wasn’t great to start with. They almost couldn’t get it in for delivery."

I chose the 4-8 pm window. While at work (9am-330pm) the tracking link stated they would arrive at 1257 pm, then 111 then jumped up to 337, then down until 220. If my mother didn’t live 10 min from me I would have missed my delivery. This was extremely inconvenient given I had selected the delivery time due to work my schedule. Your drivers should be accurate on timing. Very unprofieasional.

The delivery men were professional and courteous. They brought the pieces in and installed them quickly. I could not have been happier with their work. However, I was frustrated that the delivery was over four hours past the 9 am to 1 pm window. Although the app and driver alerted me that it would be late, the extent of the delay was unacceptable. It would be better just offer a 9-5 window.

The delivery drivers were very professional and lovely. The actual delivery system by AptDeco is terrible - I had to take the afternoon off work and then run home because the delivery was early, or else I would be charged. That is ridiculous, you guys need to fix your system.

I had already disassembled the sofa so no need for them to remove the feet. It is a modular sofa meant to be easily disassembled for frequent moves. Dmitry and the other person took pictures and wrapped and packaged the sofa parts quickly and carefully.

We do not have service at our house. I tried to communicate this prior to the day of delivery but it was not communicated to the driver. He therefore left our furniture outside despite multiple attempts to call/text. I really wish the message had been sent to him about the lockbox code. Now I have to lug a couch indoors myself despite paying for delivery.

The delivery company, Biffi, did not initially get back to me in a timely manner to work out the pickup details. However, they did ultimately respond and from then on they were terrific. We worked out the date, they gave me a small window which is hugely helpful, I got real-time tracking of arrival time, and the pickup was efficient and painless. Overall a great experience.

Delivery was prompt but did not deliver to my apartment as we had previously agreed to on call. Instead just left the item in the building lobby. It’s a heavy chair and I had to move it by myself to the fourth floor. Also the item itself was extremely poorly packed, just some plastic that too only on the top. The chair is velvet and it definitely led to some surface damage.

The idea was definitely not as described, I feel a little duped. The item has lots of stains that were not described or depicted in the photos. I spent all day using my bissell cleaner on it and the stains still won’t come out. Overall I am sad and disappointed but going to make the best of it. AptDeco did nothing wrong and had great service, but I wish they could review the items before.

I already took the legs off of the sofa the day before, so that was fine. I also texted with the contact beforehand to make sure that the sofa would be wrapped and that they’d have all of the moving supplies. However, when they arrived, they didn’t have any supplies. The movers were very professional but I am concerned about damages to the sofa before it gets to the buyer.

Disappointed, but I did not see them until after they left. They also left some marks on the wall when moving item to the second floor. Good experience except for the updates system. I was shown an estimated delivery time in the tracker that was an hour off. I refreshed the system and the delivery changed to an hour earlier than anticipated. I also did not get a call 30 minutes out, but ten minutes out.

The desk needed minor assembly, they didn’t have the right tools and complained how long it was taking and again I was pressured to send it back . This was quite off putting . Everything was great. I only have two complaints. 1) the couch is nearly 2 feet wider than the provided measurements. 2) I suspect the previous owners had a dog even though the post said it was a pet free household. There is a mild pet odor on the couch, but I imagine it will fade with time.

I thought delivery was fine but …… he was rushing set up and we tried to tell him that it wasn’t set up correctly. So we had to instruct him where the issue was. A shelf hook was missing but we can get that from the the brand but pretty sure it’s somewhere in the truck. He just seemed rushed. Otherwise it was a good delivery experience in terms of nothing getting broken… set up mostly was good.

The delivery scheduling and lateness was unprofessional. The seller originally told me it would be delivered Thurs, when picked up from the selling location. I rearranged my day and stayed at the house all day Thurs to learn half way through it would not be delivered. When Aptdeco confirmed it would be Sat we had to cancel our weekend plans to wait 11-3, the delivery showed up at 5, 2 hours late.

Driver was patient. Arrived earlier than expected and I had stepped out for a quick errand since app had shown arrival would be more than an hour later. Driver himself said he was unexpectedly rerouted for my delivery but was patient in waiting for my return. So, I appreciated his and his partner’s flexibility. They took care of my chair in bringing it into my apartment.

The original team refused to assemble the item, even though the website says “assembly” many times. I had to wait several days for the assembly, which is v unfortunate when waiting on a bed. The team were nice, but after they left we had to partially dissemble the bed to move it bc they assembled it blocking a window, and we discovered there were several screws left out or stripped.

I got the text that they'd be here soon at the same time that I got the text asking me to fill out the survey 20 mins after they left. Delivery people seemed frustrated with each other. Would say the assist was really sweet. Nothing bad, could just tell they were having some interpersonal things going on. The shelf almost didn’t fit. I noticed the assist person was more creative in finding solutions and seemed to actually want to get it to fit. Delivery was fantastic. I am disappointed by how much wear there is on the finish of my marble coffee table. There are A LOT of marks and glass rings spanning the whole surface of the table. This is not what I expected and it was not accurately portrayed in the listing. The table is beautiful otherwise.

"Unfortunately, when the delivery men were delivering the furniture they mistakenly broke my bed leg. They needed to move my bed over a bit to proberly fit the other nightstand, but my bed is heavy and the way the legs are it's best to be lifted or managed from both sides otherwise it puts leveraged pressure on the legs. Unknowingly, he just scooted over to the side and the leg snapped"

"Delivery guys (Jose & Chris) were great and worked very hard getting the bed frame up 3 flights. But: The seller did not clean the bed frame at all. It's filthy, even for a pre-owned piece, and will require hours of cleaning before use. Also, is it true that AptDeco pays its delivery personnel only $14 per stop? That's shockingly low for their time + labor. I'm not likely to use AptDeco again."
