My second time working with Andrew G’s team and they were courteous and professional just like last time. They managed to move a very heavy cabinet without a single scratch on my wood floors and they brought an awkwardly-shaped bed frame upstairs without dinging the low ceilings or walls. The delivery team was great, no complaints from them. However, the owner said the couch was in a non-smoking home and that is clearly not true. The couch is coated in a thick marijuanna stench. I am so unhappy with this.

They did not wrap the pieces of the bed frame in anything. They dragged it across the floor, after being asked not to, leaving big scrapes in the wood floor. They were not even courteous and threw the pieces unprotected on to other things in their truck

While the furniture had a waterstain that was not mentioned, overall i am happy with my purchase. I was surprised by the additional service fee. It appeared when i checked out after i agreed on a price with the seller. I think its important for buyers to know that there will be a service fee that could be hundreds of dollars!

The rug was left down in the lobby. Apparently, the driver came up and knocked, and we did not answer. I did not hear a knock. I was waiting for the arrival. And I got confirmation that the rug had been delivered and I did not receive it. I wish I had gotten a phone call because carrying it up to the apmt myself is a pain

Delivery was perfect, and delivery guys were very nice. One caveat, if i’m paying almost $100 for local delivery, I shouldn’t also be expected to tip. Part of that fee should absolutely be going to the drivers and the onus of further payment shouldn’t be on the customer. I may avoid Aptdeco in the future because of this.

The product BoConcept media consol arrived damaged, with a lot of scratches and a broken drawer. although asked several time the seller to send pictures of damages if any, he mentioned that there aren’t any, and the product is in perfect conditions. The description said they had one hypoallergenic dog. The couch had a lot of dog hair underneath the cushions, of the non-hypoallergenic variety. There were food stains on the couch and the extra covers that came with it are filthy. It will need to be professionally cleaned and vacuumed. Does not look like the owner was truthful about having just one dog nor about it being hypoallergenic.
