Delivery fees depend on the locations of the seller and buyer. You’ll see costs calculated directly on the product page or during checkout, for easy visibility.

How it Works
Pick-up from the seller
We’ll arrive for pick-up based on your availability. Once there, our team will check the item for any issues, confirm the measurements (we know every inch counts), and complete light disassembly.
Handling with care
Once the item is verified, we wrap it with care and prepare it for delivery. It's now time to head to the buyer's location, where the pre-loved piece will get a second home.
Deliver to the buyer
Our team will arrive on the scheduled delivery day and place the furniture right where it's wanted. We'll handle any necessary light assembly and remove any packing materials. Now it's time to enjoy your new furniture!
Delivery fee transparency
Check delivery fee calculations on the product page and during checkout, as they vary based on the location of the seller and buyer. Additional fees may apply for larger items or extended service zones.
We fit your schedule
We'll ask you to provide your availability to schedule a convenient time for pick-up and delivery. If your original dates no longer work, you can reschedule.
Deliveries are covered
Our delivery service is fully insured. We're happy to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your building if required. Complete the below form in advance of your delivery date.
