Excellent structural condition. The wood retains its deep, rich luster. There is minor, typical cosmetic surface wear / light scratching along the lower interior ledge of the TV compartment, as well as a small amount of light surface wear on the bottom front edge that is visible when closed (clearly shown in the photos). This can easily be touched up with a mahogany furniture marker and does not detract from the striking presence of the piece. Smoke free home, 1 non shed dog that does not damage furniture.
