Seller's Notes:Beautiful early-19th-century mahogany bow-front chest of drawers, believed to date from approximately 1810–1830. Its style is consistent with English late Georgian/Regency but possibly later American Federal furniture. It features four graduated drawers, figured mahogany veneer with contrasting banding, decorative brass ring pulls, keyhole escutcheons, a gracefully shaped apron and bracket feet. The drawers are constructed with fine hand-cut dovetail joints and solid wood interiors. This is a genuinely old, exquisitely handmade piece with a beautiful warm patina. It is being sold in unrestored condition and shows age-related scratches, finish wear and veneer loss. One upper rear corner is damaged. It comes with a key. Please examine the photographs carefully. Despite its cosmetic issues, it is an impressive and useful antique with wonderful character. $795 or best reasonable offer. Pickup in Montclair, NJ
