Seller's Notes:West Elm Urban Queen Sleeper Sofa (84”) for sale – this sofa is basically new. I bought it new maybe 2 years ago – the sofa itself has never been used. It has been in a spare bedroom and only used as a guest bed around 4-5 times. The mattress is in perfect condition – shown without the dust cover, but it has always been stored with the dust cover on. I bought this originally because of the sleeper sofas out there, it was the one that had the largest and nicest mattress within the price range. Sofa dimensions are 84"w x 39"d x 34"h – the legs come off if you need to fit it through a narrow doorway. The mattress measures 60"w x 72"d x 5"h – gel memory foam (no springs!). My guests have all said it is a comfortable mattress (I also tested it for a few hours and agree). The sofa itself is a dark gray fabric that seems very durable (note the in-stock fabric currently on the website is different - mine was the in-stock fabric around 2 years ago). The cushions are very full, no flaws. (from non-smoking home, no pets)
