Seller's Notes:I bought this item brand nee in July 2021. The sofa bed mattress has been use at least 4 times (almost new) since I bought the sofa bed. The sofa in good condition and probably has many years ahead. I tried to removed 2 stains in the past and that’s the subtle discoloration that might be noticed on the sectional chaise. Otherwise I would say it’s in good condition
