Comfortable couch in amazing condition and looking for a new home. Sofa and mattress are in great condition. Very little wear and tear to the fabric. Exposure to a small dog but no exposure to cats. Includes Gel mattress features a 2-layer construction of high-density foam and gel-infused memory foam: 80"w x 92"d x 32"h.. It’s designed to contour to the body and wick away body heat. Mattress ticking has an ultra-soft, breathable knit. Sleeper mattress dimensions run smaller than standard mattress sizing. Very comfortable and perfect for an overnight guest!
