Seller's Notes:In like-new condition, this sleeper sofa was kept in a low-traffic spare bedroom and shows minimal wear. It’s both comfortable and stylish, with a pull-out bed that’s genuinely comfortable and doesn’t feel cramped. The chaise also offers plenty of hidden storage—perfect for blankets and extra bedding. We’re only selling because we’re moving into a new home and it doesn’t fit the space we had planned. Otherwise, we’d absolutely keep it.

Available in standard depth. Hand-built frames with hand-finished upholstery. Engineered hardwood frame with mortise & tenon joinery. All wood is kiln-dried to prevent warping. Plastic shadowline support legs in an Espresso finish. High-gauge sinuous spring and webbed cushion support. Cushions have fiber-wrapped, high-resiliency polyurethane foam cores. Seat firmness: Medium. On a scale from 1 to 5 (5 being firmest), it's a 3. Sofa folds out to reveal Queen-sized mattress. Gel mattress features a 2-layer construction of high-density foam and gel-infused foam. It’s designed to contour to the body and wick away body heat. Mattress ticking has an ultra-soft, breathable knit. To avoid damaging the frame, do not fold the mattress into the sofa with sheets or blankets on it. Reversible cushions with zip-off covers (chaise seat cushion is not reversible). Chaise lifts up via gas-lift mechanism to reveal storage space. Legs can be removed. This contract-grade item is manufactured to meet the demands of commercial use in addition to residential.
