Nonsmoking household. No visible discoloration, stains. As any used sofa, could use a professional cleaning. Some markings on back of sofa from the last move, but nothing extreme (can send photos). Hand upholstered and assembled in the USA, the Monroe Mid-Century Sofa gets its vintage spin from tapered wooden legs, bolster pillows and a shelter-style frame that invites you to settle in. KEY DETAILS 72"w x 35"d x 31"h. Solid oak and engineered hardwood frame with reinforced joinery. All wood is kiln-dried to prevent warping. Solid wood legs in a Pecan-stained finish. High-gauge sinuous springs provide cushion support. Seat cushions have fiber-wrapped, high-resiliency polyurethane foam cores. Back cushions are fiber filled. Reversible cushions (Astor Velvet excluded) with zip-off covers. Includes two bolsters. Assembled in the USA.
