I'm moving in with my boyfriend and we have decided to keep his sofa in our new apartment instead of mine, which is better suited for a single-person household or small apartment. I bought this sofa in 2019 from West Elm in Chelsea, NYC. The sofa is in excellent condition, gently used, with no visible signs of wear and tear (no stains, no spills). The sofa has not had any exposure to pets or smoke. I bought this piece for $999 pre-pandemic, can't believe the price has jumped 40% in just 5 years! Compelling value at my $400 selling price. Please ensure you have COI (my building's requirement) if you choose to handle pickup/delivery.
