Seller's Notes:West Elm Hamilton 2-Piece Leather Chaise Sectional, with chaise on right-hand side, in good condition. Leather shows some fading and spotting from light exposure along with a few minor scratches - the typical patina of age for a leather piece - but no cracking or tears. It will continue to weather and take on more character in your space. Frame is very sturdy with no wobbling or other structural issues, and cushion support is in excellent condition. Note this is an older version of the Hamilton section and dimensions are not exactly the same as the current model West Elm is selling (this one is 81" long versus 83" and 30.5" high versus 31.5", the depth is the same).
