Seller's Notes:Hi - We are selling our West Elm Axle 3+ seater leather sofa. The middle cushion has seen better days and has a few large tears in it so it requires a full repair. I was planning on doing it but we’re moving and it no longer will fit in our new apartment. We loved this couch and would love to find it a new home and for someone to repair - hence why we are selling it at a net loss (after covering half of shipping). The retail of this is $2900 plus taxes and shipping so if you can get someone to replace the middle section of leather this could be a steal. - Needs TLC
