Seller's Notes:This sofa was used for about a year then in temperature controlled storage for several years while we were overseas, so it's had very little wear. Have arrived in our new home to find we just don't have room. 'Alabaster' performance basketweave fabric is durable and washable - all the cushions have zip off covers. There is a dog in our home, but she was not allowed on the sofa. One of the sofa feet needs an additional screw, but the sofa rests solidly on the floor, no wobble.
