Seller's Notes:Vintage (Mid-Century) White Ceramic Rooster Table Lamp w/Shade A white glazed ceramic table lamp in the form of a rooster. Please see pictures for cracks on the shade and details regarding the non-working pull chain for one of the two bulbs. See pictures for all dimensions. Base to top of Rooster ~16" Rooster is ~9" from chest to tail Base to top of shade ~28" Base to top of finial ~31" Base is ~8" at widest point Rooster lamps gained popularity in the mid-20th century, especially those with French-inspired designs. These charming lamps often featured detailed ceramic roosters, sometimes in a 'Blanc de Chine' style, bringing a touch of country elegance and rustic charm to homes. They became a staple in farmhouse and traditional decor, often seen as decorative accents in living rooms and kitchens.

Condition: Used - Satisfactory: Moderate wear and tear, but still has many good years left
Wear and tear details: Cracks, There are 3 small areas on the shad that are cracked. About an inch long each. Pictures included., Only one of the light bulb figtures is in working condition. The second one, the pull chain doesn't pull/is stuck so cannot turn on. I assume it is repairable but was never bothered since the other bulb creates sufficient light.
