Seller's Notes:Overstuffed burgundy leather chair + ottoman set in good condition. These are about 20 years old, but the leather is still in very good shape. No rips or tears in the leather. There are a few minor scratches, mostly on sides and back of chair, as well as top of ottoman. There are also a few water marks as shown in the picture. Choose either delivery or pick up from 4th floor walk up apartment (3 full flights of stairs). Price is negotiable. Make an offer!
