Seller's Notes:Purchased as part of auction to fund a struggling Upstate Catholic church, these STURDY pews we're said to be built by parishioner-craftsmen around the turn of the 20th Century. They're fully collapsible, making them great for entertaining. We have used them in the past both as entryway seating, dinette seating, and as outdoor/porch seating. They have a worn/distressed look, but are in perfect working order and -- as they were originally designed 100 years ago to hold priests and vaunted elderly at special events with limited seating -- they are ample and can easily and comfortably support even very old, heavy, or tall guests. SELLING INDIVIDUALLY OR AS SET (TWO BENCHES, FOUR SEATS).
