Seller's Notes:Heirloom-quality Federal-style china cabinet handcrafted by the historic Potthast Brothers Furniture Co. of Baltimore. Constructed from rich solid mahogany, this bench-made piece features a swan-neck pediment top accented with three classic turned finials. The top hutch features two large glass doors with geometric diamond and oval wood mullions, opening to reveal adjustable shelving. The lower portion offers concealed storage with a clean, two-door cabinet design resting on classic tapered legs. The hutch includes a built-in fluorescent light mounted discreetly at the top. It features a standard plug-in power cord. Condition: Used but in good vintage condition. Minor surface wear consistent with age and careful use. Glass is entirely intact. Includes original key for top doors. Bottom doors are missing key. One of the shelves is cracked at the edge (see photo) but it's not generally visible nor does it affect it's stability and sturdiness to place items on.
