Fully functional, swivels and adjusts to different heights. Pictured here at its lowest height. Leather in wonderful condition, all original. As pictured measures 19" wide at the base below, seat is currently 23.5" off the ground, actually seat measures 16" across, 35" tall as pictured but will raise up considerably higher. Use as indeed or for your industrial accent supreme. Circa 1950s-60s.
