Seller's Notes:This handsome & versatile mid century table was purchased from a SF Art Gallery at a NY Art Fair in 2012. The piece wasn't for sale, and the gallery used it at Art Fairs around the world (see photo). But I loved the piece and talked them into selling it to me. Since then the piece has lived in my entry foyer. Some times you'll see this piece referred to as a Bar Cart. This table has it's original casters, which can be removed to make the table more stationary if desired. Made of solid walnut, there are some signs of wear, especially to one of the legs (see photos), but the wood responds well to cleaning & oiling. The top tiles are original and have a few cracks. They're believed to be from the surrounding wood swelling and pressuring/compressing the tiles. The back is finished so the piece can be placed out in a room with both sides visible.
