This a solid wood frame sofa. It’s in amazing condition. The furniture was in a summer home that was hardly ever used. There is a slight discoloration along the bottom on the back side of the couch. It was up against baseboard heating. That’s what cause the discoloration. The couches are burgundy-cranberry colored. Decorative pillows not included.

Dining set with table and four chairs. I believe this is the Broyhill Brasília line. We love this set, but sadly it's too large for our space. There is some staining on the top and some damage on the sides of the table. Chairs show moderate signs of wear. The dimensions listed do not include the three leaves which are 12" each. One photo shows the table with leaves installed. One of the leaves has slight damage to the side, which could easily be repaired, or used as is since it's not particularly noticeable. Table has been in home with a dog. Not sure about it's past history since it's more than 50 years old.

The solid piece measures 67 (w) x 19 (d) x 34 (h) and fits all standard articles of clothing. It's a wonderful piece that completes any bedroom set
