Seller's Notes:This Victorian spoon back chair was moved from Germany to the US in the late 1800's and has been in our family ever since, but we are selling it as we no longer have room to keep it. It is ~135 years old. This old dame needs some love - there is age related wear; one arm is a bit loose and the chair could probably use a new coat of paint and some new fabric. You can sit on the seat, but it could use some reinforcing of the support springs and housing. Photos show blemishes. Well-made, beautiful craftsmanship, solid construction; very heavy!
