SUPER soft and comfortable - can easily fit two people on the chaise lounge, lying down...and the other part is also deep, comfortable, and can sleep a 6ft person quite comfortably. Yes, it has scratches on it and there's a small tear in one of the armrests but, the rest of it and the frame and in FINE condition (and the frame comes w/ a lifetime warranty). It shouldn't cost more than a few hundred to get the leather fixed, and then you have a $6k+ couch for less than $2k. Not bad!
