Seller's Notes:This is a well used couch that needs some loving care (new pillows and pillow cases) as well as a good clean. But super well made and comfortable. Seats 4 comfortably and great for sleeping (actually used as an extra guest bed as well because it is so long)!!! Pillow case has hole, and it needs a seriously good clean.
THERE IS NO DELIVERY AVAILABLE -- NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP. It is also heavy and needs to be carried down stairs (14th floor) but not as bad as it sounds as we carried it up.
We are also negotiable for someone willing to pick up and carry down themselves.
