Seller's Notes:I'm selling a lightly used, very large Room and Board Hesse leather couch. It's absolutely a beautiful coffee color that has not really even started to age. Very high quality and very clean. In a non-smoking no-pet home. I had it made custom for me by Room and Board in May 2018 and I'm redecorating so it could be yours for far less than I paid. It's a two piece sectional plus ottoman. It's very long (total length is 185"). All the dimension are shown on the couch information sheet below. It was custom made with "Vento" leather and the color is "Coffee" so prices I paid are slightly higher than what's shown on the information sheet. I have the original receipt. The pieces are. - One 84" Right arm sofa (new price $4,099) - One 101" Left arm Wedge (new price $4,099) - One Ottoman (new price $1,199) The total I paid (before tax and shipping) was $9,497. My loss is your gain. Currently the two couch pieces are separated for moving purposes (hence the small gap shown in the photos) but they can be bolted together and the gap goes away.
