Seller's Notes:We have gone back and forth on selling this sofa for 3 weeks now. Posted and deleted a few times during that window. Hopefully that indicates what a special piece this is. Finally committing to parting with it. Crafted by designer, Roche Bobois, this piece is in excellent condition. Each section (excluding the centerpiece) includes a 7-inch extendable seat for added depth and a liftable headrest, adding additional comfort. This sofa is crafted with a modular design, you have the freedom to arrange the couch in various geometric forms to suit your space. Designer sticker has still not been removed (as pictured). Overall dimensions are 118” x 110”. Full depth: 41" Seating depth: 24" (31" while extended) Height: 27" (36" with headrest extended) There are a couple light surface scratches as pictured. We had quoted with a few leather restoration professionals and were told it would cost $350-$500 to repair them and that it would like new. Alternatively, and if you’re handy, you can purchase a leather repair kit yourself for less than $40 to restore. That means for $40-$500 you can have this baby looking like new! Outside of that, this was conditioned every month and meticulously cared for and maintained. These go for $14,000-$18,000 at auction. Yours for $6000 obo. This leather couch is a must-have investment for any discerning buyer.
