Seller's Notes:I am selling the leather sectional because I am redecorating my living room. Although, the sectional has some imperfections, it is still a stylish and functional piece of furniture which will go with any design/decor in any home. I do not know exactly how old the sectional is since I purchased it from Facebook marketplace two years ago in July of 2023, that is the reason I input “5 years” under #3 Product Details because I honestly do not know when the sectional was manufactured. Either way, it is still a functional piece of furniture selling for a good deal. Yes, I do own a dog. She is a small Frenchie and there is no dog fur on the sectional since it is leather and could be easily cleaned. I will clean and condition it before pick up. The sectional has a lot of life left and I am hoping someone will enjoy it for a very low cost. Chateau d’AX is an Italian luxury brand. Thank you for looking!
