It's in great condition with minor flaws: one knob doesn't screw on tightly, and there's general water marks/scratches on the top surface. No functional issues, no odors, etc.
The drawers are removable. The dresser is extremely heavy and will require 2 people to carry it down 3 flights of stairs in a new build (4th floor).
