Seller's Notes:Excellent condition farmhouse style table with nailback fabric chairs, bought new just a few years ago from Restoration Hardware. The table is styled as a refinished farmhouse panel door. It seats 6 as-is, but has a built-in leaf that expands for 8 people, and folds easily underneath if not needed. 72” long without Leaf 97.5" long with Leaf 35.5” wide 30” high The chairs are quality fabric with nailhead finishes on the back. They sit quite comfortably and are very sturdy. Dark wood legs that match the dark wood table. 19.5” wide 20.5” seat depth 20” total depth to top of chair back (slight flare out style) 35.5” to the top of the back This set has very rarely been used aside from a few larger holiday meals. It is in like new condition and looking for it’s next home. We love it but our new place has a slightly smaller living room so we’re downsizing to a 60” table once we can make some $ back from this set.
