Seller's Notes:bought used from a friend who moved away. they had this couch for about a year. it is very comfortable, has good semi-firm cushions that are not worn out or sagging. there are NO stains or scratches, besides the small tiny scratch on the left armrest and small white streak - both visible in last photo. the fold out bed has never been used - my room is not big enough for me to fully fold out the bed, as you can see from the photos, the bed is clean and folds out half way no problem i would rate this couch 8.5/10 condition.
