Seller's Notes:I'm selling this dining set on behalf of my land lord. She's had this in her home for 10 years or so and purchased from Raymour and Flanigan. It's a very sturdy (and heavy) set with a really beautiful table top. It includes: * The table * 8 cushioned chairs * A 12" wide leaf * A table cover The bottom of the table includes a 12-bottle wine rack and a drawer that opens from both sides. I'd say the table is in pretty good condition, especially the surface. There are some spots where the finish is worn off corners and one or two blemishes. In addition, one of the legs has been rubbed or scratched pretty well (picture included - seems like the owner had a dog who scratched it). There is a 12" wide leaf that has been in the closet forever, but it appears to be in good condition. The cover folds in half and has been on the table for as long as I've lived here (hence why the surface of the table looks so great). The chairs are in fair condition. They have a lot spots on the corners and the foot rest where finish has been scratched or rubbed off. All-in-all, it's a really beautiful table. Delivery is available and the price is negotiable!
