Seller's Notes:Beautiful and very solid wood dining table. The trestle base, the table top, the underlying frame, is all made of solid sturdy wood. We have used the table mostly with a table cloth on top of it, so it has been overall well kept. However, it does have a couple of spots on the wood and some minor scratches you only notice if you are looking for them. The extending piece is also of solid wood and easily allows the 4 person table to fit 6 or more people with enough space to host thanksgiving dinners, socials, receptions. The wood finishing and colour adds a very nice touch of a solid piece of furniture to your home, without having to spend hundreds of dollars for a new much more expensive piece.
