Seller's Notes:Belfort Leather Sectional – Excellent Condition This elegant Belfort leather sectional, upholstered in rich, supple brown leather, was originally placed in our formal living room and used only occasionally by guests. It has been exceptionally well maintained, with annual leather polishing to preserve its softness and appearance. We purchased it in 2010, and since moving to our new home in 2020, it has remained unused. Essentially, it saw about 10 years of light use and has not been sat on in the last 5 years. We’ve kept it in a pet-free, smoke-free home, and the leather remains soft and the cushions comfortably supportive. Unfortunately, it doesn’t fit well in our current space, which is why we’ve decided to part with it. This is a great opportunity to own a high-quality leather sectional in outstanding condition at a fraction of the original price.
