Seller's Notes:We purchased this for a vacation rental property about 5 years ago so it has had more limited use then a typical sofa. It did have the occasional dog jump up on it as we sometimes allowed pets in our vacation rental. It has a queen size sleeper and is a pretty charcoal gray washable fabric. We are selling our vacation rental and no longer need it. This is a slipcovered sofa with all machine washable pieces with zip covers. Not only is this sofa in great condition with no stains, marks or blemishes worth over $3,500 but you are also getting an EXTRA slipcover worth over $2,000 by itself! We will have both covers freshly washed for delivery to you! It is super comfy, great to curl up with a good book or take a nap on. Photos show how the slipcovers either pull off or zip off. I have priced it low to account for delivery fees if not in my local Fort Lauderdale area. I am also covering $94 of the delivery cost.
