Seller's Notes:This Pottery Barn sleeper sofa was purchased new but was never used. Unfortunately, it could not be brought into my apartment due to a narrow entry door and limited pivot space in the hallway, and Pottery Barn did not allow return on a custom fabric choice (I had chosen a high-performance fabric to endure pets). The outer wrapping was partially opened only to attempt entry, but the sofa itself was never assembled or used. After delivery, it was placed directly into professional, temperature-controlled storage, where it has been kept for approximately one year. The memory foam mattress remains in its original sealed packaging, and the sofa has been fully covered and protected during storage. Condition is like new.
