Seller's Notes:130 inch length Dream Square Arm Leather Modular Sofa Chaise 4 Piece Sectional This is a GORGEOUS newly received (Arrived October 10th, 2022) special order sectional sofa in Midnight Black Leather. Super lux and a very large piece of furniture. Perfect for someone who would enjoy a deep wide sectional. The ottoman is roughly 2 - 2.5 inches shorter in height and width of the sectional (as shown in the photos I uploaded). I personally love the ottoman height and width because it gives the deep wide sectional a bit of contrast. You can absolutely use this as a bed for overnight guests and perfect for large families / movie nights. Unfortunately I need to part ways with this beauty because I am moving and it is just too big to have in my new smaller apartment. On one of the side leather pillows, there is a small scratch on the leather. This piece retails for $9,700 and can only be special ordered. With tax I paid $11,000+.
