Seller's Notes:This Pearson sleep sofa with queen mattress has barely been used (sits is a room that we don't use). This unique 3-seat sofa is upholstered in luxury Italian Donghia mohair fabric. This sofa sits in our guest room and is rarely used as either a sofa or a sleeper bed. The mattress is a brand new, high end foam mattress (to eliminate springs) that was purchased a few months ago. The original price of this sleeper sofa was $11,600 (pre tax) and has been kept in excellent condition. Clearing it out to make space for an office desk.
