Condition is listed as satisfactory because the sofa has some minor pilling on the front of the arms, does not come with the two smaller pillows, and has a few faint stains that don't show in photos. It is coming from a pet-free smoke free home and was wet-dry vacuumed in August. A great budget sofa that's priced to sell quickly!
