Seller's Notes:Original floral still life painting on canvas by a Philadelphia artist, painted approximately 11 years ago. The piece is oil and acrylic on canvas and features a colorful bouquet in a yellow vase, with expressive brushwork and a mix of vivid florals against a metallic bronze / deep gold background. For the background / undercoat, the artist used a metallic bronze-gold tone that creates a subtle iridescent effect, so the piece catches and reflects light differently depending on the viewer’s angle and the lighting in the room. It gives the painting warmth and depth, and pairs well with the ornate bronze-gold frame. The canvas measures 24" x 30". Overall framed dimensions are approximately 30.625" W x 36.625" H x 1.875" D. The canvas extends about 1/4" beyond the back of the frame, which is included in the overall depth measurement. Thus, the frame is not quite flush with the wall (see photo). There is a chip at the top back on one corner of the frame (see photo), which would not ordinarily be visible from the viewer's perspective if the painting is hung at eye level. Framed and wired for hanging, so it is ready to display.
