Seller's Notes:My husband & I purchased this art work from some good friends, approx 30 years ago, when they were moving & unable to take it with them. As I recall they had purchased it in California when they lived there. The plate is signed & says: Mary Lou & Edward Higgings 1987. It was originally mounted on a frame which became damaged in a move & it was removed. The three pieces of glue on the back was what attached it to the frame. The Higgins were from North Carolina & currently their works are on display at the Blowing Rock Art & History Museum. There is no damage to the front of the plate & we did not remove the glue on the back for fear of damaging it, but I am sure it is easy to remove.

Wear and tear details: The front of the plate is in perfect condition, the back of the plate has three gobs of glue that were used to attached the piece to a frame.
