Seller's Notes:Modani Furniture - Thompson Power Motion Sectional in Brown is an excellent addition to any contemporary/modern living space. Bought this sectional new ~3 years ago (Retail $4500). This great piece easily has space for 3-4 people, is comfortable (soft-firm with just the right amount of support), and has an awesome powered motion recliner that has 2 memory settings and fully customizable. The other 2 headrests also come up manually to various heights for added neck support for everyone. All power motion features are in full working order an the couch has been meticulously maintained with regular conditioning/cleaning. The only small blemish (barely noticeable) is a very minor scratch on the front side of the middle seat cushion, unlikely to be noticed because it's where peoples legs are (see pic). Overall, this couch is in excellent condition and I would 100% keep it if it could fit in my new apartment. Sad to sell it, but need to make room.
