Used Modani Cavana Black Leather Storage Bed. It is a size Queen with a hydraulic lift which makes opening and closing the spacious storage beneath the bed extremely easy. The original price of the bed was $1,500.

There is ripped leather throughout on the headboard. I spoke to an upholsterer who said that it can be fixed fairly easily. The rest of the bed is in immaculate condition with exception of one scratch on the left side of the bed base (pictured). The storage lift (and hold) works perfectly. The wood slats which support the mattress are also in great shape.

Dimensions: 64"W x 39"H (top of headboard) x 87"L; the headboard is 4"D and the base of the bed is 13"H while the wood slats sit about 11"H; the storage unit below the wood slats is nearly the entirety of the width by the length of the bed by the height of the slats.

Used Modani Montecarlo Black Sectional Leather Sofa. 3-piece sectional. 2 of the sections are in near-perfect condition. The 3rd section has ripped leather throughout the seating and back and in the process of ripping further in some areas. The back seats go up/are adjustable.

The 3rd section can possibly be re-upholstered. Price is very negotiable and the sections can be sold individually. The black throw pillows are included; the rest of the pillows/blanket is not included.
