Seller's Notes:Hi! This is the 100" Sullivan Sectional Chaise by Maiden Home in Performance Creme Linen with Pecan finished Legs. It's a really lovely sofa. I purchased this in Fall of 2021. It is in great condition with minor discoloration / marks but nothing significant. We had one spill on one side of the bench cushion which we had professionally treated. It is an area of around 4 by 5 inches that seems a little lighter than the rest, but it is not that noticeable. The other side of the bench cushion (if you were to flip the cushion, which can be done as it is symmetric) is in pristine condition, as we never sat on that side. So, that could be what you choose to do. The Chaise cushion is in great shape with only minor marks. The back cushions throughout the sectional are very comfortable and holds shape well and don't seem to have any stains. Dimensions are 100" in width, the depth of sofa is 40" and the depth of Chaise is 68". The height is 34".
