As with all premium fabrics, slight color or textural variations may occur and are part of its natural character. The sofa has been well cared for in a smoke-free and pet-free home. There are no visible stains or marks, and the Queen sleeper mechanism has only been used a handful of times. The sofa remains in excellent overall condition. Some side cushions show minor seam wear; however, this is not visible as it is concealed between the cushions. The cushions are firm and supportive and have held up well through multiple seating arrangements. We intentionally chose this high-grade Sunbrella fabric for its longevity, durability, and lasting appearance.
