It is in near-pristine condition - it has been in our spare room with almost no use for three years, and we only bought it a year earlier directly from Apt2b. The pullout mattress is very comfortable and works with any queen size sheet set, and we have only used it once. No stains, tears, scuffs, or marks. Made in the USA. Incredible quality—the velvet is super soft and the pecan wood legs are sturdy. No pets, non-smoking household. We're only selling it because we need the space to convert the room to a nursery for our first child! To buy direct from the manufacturer, the sofa is priced at $5,093.17 (including NYC tax).
