Seller's Notes:For sale is a brown, microfiber couch that was purchased at Macy's in NYC about 10 years ago for $1600. Single owner, only animal near it has been a hypo-allergenic doodle. Couch is in great condition, we're just looking to replace it with a trundle-bed for visitors. I did notice a couple years ago that the cushions were sagging a bit... turns out some of the springs and connections underneath had broken. I fixed with zip ties and haven't had any issues since!
