Furniture is less than three years old and lightly used - all furniture is sturdy condition. Cushions on chairs need some cleaning (stains only from outdoor exposure) but have not lost any firmness or support. Rattan portion of chairs are in like-new condition. Wood on chairs and coffee table show wear from outdoor use, but are in fantastic condition otherwise and can be stained or updated to appear like-new. Fabric is weather accommodating, and chairs are styled with a basketweave design made of all-weather Viro Fiber® woven material on a commercial grade, powder coated aluminum frame.
