Notes: The chairs are in exceptional structural condition, and all the binding is tight without damage. Because of the age the oils in the rattan have caused the binding to darken. The chairs were cleaned with murphy’s wood cleaner and then finished with boiled linseed oil. On one chair there is a repaired section, 1 inch x 1 inch on the base. It appears to be professionally done and color matched. There are four scuffs on the arms on three chairs. The picture is of the largest scuff. The scuffing is only the very top, thin layer of color and not wood damage. Cushions are original and have been cleaned thoroughly with only very slight, pin-point marks. One cushion is slightly torn at the back zipper corner. Scuffs and damaged area can be seen on our website.
