Seller's Notes:3 years old, some overall wear throughout but no blemishes marks, scratches, etc. Almost like new, has not been very used. Italian made. Ottoman size 47"x25"x17" Couch size 80"x37"x33" It's in great condition, there are no visible scratches or blemishes on the front of the couch. There is more wear visible on the back from the last time it was moved. It has been extremely lightly used in my office for the past 3 years. There's a little more wear on the top of the ottoman where people would rest their feet, but no scratches or tears.
